Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Standard: 2–5 business days
• Rural: allow an additional 1–2 business days

Larger items like wine fridges and dry-aging cabinets ship on a pallet — we'll contact you directly to confirm the delivery window.

We currently only ship within New Zealand. CASO Design products are sold globally through other authorised distributors — for international purchases we recommend checking caso-design.de for the distributor in your region.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For change-of-mind returns the buyer covers return shipping. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are on us — we'll arrange a return courier at no cost.

Yes — all CASO products are rated for 220–240V, 50Hz, which matches New Zealand mains power. Each unit is supplied ready for the NZ market — no transformer or voltage adapter required.
